1)      The period of the event "RT Euroskimeeting 2012" is January 22th - 28th 2012 (full week) and January 25th to 28th 2012 (half week).

2)      The participants of the whole week event "RT Euroskimeeting" are accommodated in the 3-stars "Le Pic Blanc" in Alpe d’Huez, as far as beds are available and bookings are completed before deadline. For those who will book after we sold out all the rooms at "Le Pic Blanc", the organization will try to find another accommodation.
Closer information is on the homepage in the section "Alpe d’Huez 2012". Half week accommodation is limited. Availability depends on booking level of full week.
Full week bookings are preferrenced. Half week limitation depends on remaining half week booking level. 

3)      For cancellations, for which reason whatever, following regulations are valid:

a)        Cancellations up to 01.11.2011: the entire amount is refunded.

b)        Cancellations up to 01.12.2011: half of the paid amount is refunded.

c)        Cancellations up to 01.01.2012: 20% of the paid amount is refunded.

d)        Cancellations after 10.01.2012: no amount is refunded.

4)      Payments are to be carried out exclusively on the following account: VZW Bornem ’97 / IBAN: BE02 0016 3684 0240 / BIC: GEBABEBB / Bank: BNP Paribas Fortis. Confirmation and Participation is only guaranteed, if we have recieved your advance and payment in time

5)      Put booking no. into the text. Payments in EUR and wiring expenses debited to sender.

6)      Deadline for registration is 15.12.2011! After this date registration is possible on request only. The participation in the event is directed after the payment entrance, not after the time of the registration. If the payment is not on time, an obliging acceptance of the participation cannot be confirmed by the organizer.

7)      The respective prices of the rooms contain overnight stay, breakfast buffet, dinner arrangement, use of all hotel arrangements, service, fees and the in each case valid VAT rate.

8)      Every special wishes as well as room type, extra bed, room allocation, etc. it will be considered from the Organization, if possible. Please ask before 01.01.2012.

9)      Extra fees / costs like luggage service, parking in hotel, phone, films, dishes and drinks, minibar, etc. are charged to the respective participant and concerning this the organizer assumes no liability.

10)    The organizer is not liable for possible damages of the hotel property by the participants or people who take part in this event.

11)    In case of vandalism, abstraction of property or contravention by the participants the further accommodation can be refused.

 

III. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1)      The event "Round Table Euroskimeeting 2012" contains fun activities and dinners at various restaurants.

2)      The organizer assumes only liability for damages which originate from crassly coarse carelessness or intention. The injured participant has to prove crassly coarse carelessness as well as intention. The injured person has to claim within 6 months from knowledge of the damage, at the latest however, after one year. A possible liability limits itself exclusively on the part of the organizers carried out activities.

3)      During the whole period of the event no accident insurance and/or health insurance protection exist for the participants of sides of the organizer. Every participant is committed to provide for a risk.

4)      A possible personal compensation duty of the participants is not insured by the organizer. This means that in case of a damage of a third person by the participation every participant himself must arise for possible damages.

5)      All participants have to operate at the various activities in such a way that they endanger nobody or do no harm.

6)      Furthermore it is to be noted that the number of the participants is limited. The organizer reserves himself the right to reject registrations of participants without giving reasons if the maximum number of participants is reached. Because of a possible refusal of the registration no liability can be asserted towards the organizer.

7)      Every participant explains with obliging registration (access of the participation price on the account cited on top) to be physically fit enough and that because of the participation no health danger arises.

8)      Topical schedules or possible changes are announced on the Internet under www.euroskimeeting.com. The organizer reserves himself possible program modifications of every kind. Because of a relevant change no liability can be asserted towards the organizer.

9)      Legal venue / Applicable right: All disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement, independent on which legal basis shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a Belgian Court. Belgian law shall govern.

10)    If one or several terms of these Reservation Terms and Conditions of Participation Conditions are or become legally ineffective, this shall have no effect on the other terms. In this case the ineffective term gets immediately replaced by one which serves the purpose of the ineffective term as closely as possible. The same shall apply in the case of gaps in this agreement.

11)    The Conditions of Participation and Reservation Terms are also valid for possible legal successors.

12)    The participants explain with obliging registration to have read the Conditions of Participation and Reservation Terms and to agree completely with them.
